QuickBooks Consultant Position

QuickBooks Professional Needed-Full time or Part time

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for some help ASAP.  Our employees are all over the country (currently in PA, SC, and CA) primarily working from home offices.  We are more concerned with expertise than we are with physical location.  With all the technology available, we are all in regular contact as much as we need.  We can be somewhat flexible with regularly scheduled hours, but currently many of our clients are in the Pacific Time zone, so some flexibility on the part of the employee may be necessary depending on the time zone of the client and employee.  We will consider an independent contractor relationship, but we are more interested in people who are willing to make a commitment to grow with us.  We look forward to hearing from you!  ~Bonnie

Job Description

A fast-paced, growing QuickBooks consulting/Internet business seeks Consultant to join our team!  As a key member, you will support our clients with various QuickBooks and related add-on products, document QuickBooks issues and work arounds, etc.  Excellent telephone and computer skills are required.

This position is both demanding and rewarding, and requires an organized individual who can perform well under pressure.  The ideal candidate has the following qualities and skill set:

• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
• Great attention to detail required
• Enthusiastic, can-do attitude
• Desire to learn and work within a team
• Dedication to a strong customer service approach, including problem and conflict resolution
• Ability to multi-task and keep track of multiple projects
• Proven organizational skills
• Flexible
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with pleasant, confident phone voice
• Minimum of 3-5 years work with QuickBooks accounting software
• Certified QuickBooks Professional Advisor designation preferred
• Consulting Company or CPA Firm experience preferred
• Computer and e-mail literate
• Knowledge of Word & Excel
• Opportunity to tele-commute after initial training – work can be mostly on-line and on the phone
